Form 1 is to be used by staff when determing the level of seriousness of an alleged plagiarism incident. The final level is determined by two staff in consultation.
Forms A, B, and C are expanded versions of the Forms that appear in the Staff Guidelines Book. Different divisions may have alternative forms.
Form A: Notification of Level 1 Plagiarism
